In 1984, Dr. Nassim relocated to New York to participate in a two-year surgical residency at the Booth Memorial Medical Center in Flushing, followed by a 3-year internal medicine residency at the St. John's Episcopal Hospital. From 1989 to 1993, Dr. Nassim served as a full-time attending physician in the emergency department at Mercy Hospital in Rockville Center. 

Since that time, Dr. Nassim has been practicing in private practice, where he still serves his patients today. Dr. Nassim has served passionately the Flushing and Great Neck communities for over 30 years.
